Maple Calculator App

The Maple Calculator is a free mobile app that acts both as a complement to desktop Maple and as standalone math tool.

As a Maple user, you can use the Maple Calculator to bring the math that is right in front of you into Maple using your phone's camera, where you can then access the full power of Maple for solving, visualizing, and exploring your math. This is particularly useful for bringing in large expressions, and for avoiding transcription errors.  

As a standalone math tool, the Maple Calculator helps students learn math and provides a way for them to check their homework even when the answers are not in the back of the book. The app can be used to solve problems from algebra, precalculus, calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, and more. You enter your expression using your phone's camera or by entering the problem in the math editor. You can plot expressions, find integrals, factor polynomials, invert matrices, solve systems of equations, solve ODEs, and much more, all on your phone. Your problem and results can also be brought into Maple for further exploration.
