Quickly zoom into a 2-D plot by selecting the region of interest with your mouse. New in Maple 16, this zooming method uses a "rubber-band" technique, where you can select a region of interest by clicking-and-dragging.
You can select the horizontal and vertical range of the plot you would like to display simply by dragging your mouse.
An animated view transition ensures that you always keep track of which area of the plot you are zooming into.
You can instantly redisplay the plot with its original view, using a new "Reset to default view" option, which has been added to the Plot menu, the context menu, and the 2-D Plot toolbar.
