Maple 2021.2.1 is a maintenance update to Maple 2021 available for macOS.
This release fixes a serious problem that some users were experiencing with doubled characters appearing when using the shift key.
Anyone who uses macOS 11 or macOS 12 should install this update immediately. We also strongly recommend that all macOS users install this update, to avoid problems that may be triggered by future updates to your operating system.
This update is for macOS users only. If you use Maple on Windows or Linux, this update is not needed and not available to you.
From the Tools menu in Maple 2021, select Check for Updates, and follow the instructions.
If that option is dimmed, you can download the update by clicking on the link below.
Note for MapleSim Users: When you update Maple, you must also update MapleSim. If you are not using Check for Updates, which deals with both products automatically, visit the MapleSim 2021.2.1 update page instead of using the link below. The Maple update will be installed automatically as part of the MapleSim update.
Note for Maple Flow Users: If you use Check for Updates to install this Maple update, you may also be given the opportunity to install the Maple Flow update at the same time. If this does not happen, and/or if you download the update using the button below, visit the Maple Flow 2021.2.1 update page to then update Maple Flow.
