ScaleIntensity( img, scale, offset, opts )
img
-
Image; image to scale
scale
realcons; scale factor
offset
(optional) realcons; offset
opts
(optional) equation(s) of the form option = value; specify options for the ScaleIntensity command
inplace = truefalse
Specifies whether the operation is performed in-place. This can be used to avoid allocating memory. The default is false.
layers = posint, list(posint), all
Specifies the layers to transform. If a single posint, then just that layer is scaled. A list of posints specifies multiple layers; each occurrence of a layer number in the list causes that layer to be scaled. The name all causes all layers to be scaled. The default is all.
output = Image
Specifies a data structure into which the output is written. This can be used to avoid allocating memory. The size and number of layers must match that of the input. The dimensions of the output image are adjusted so that the row and column indices match the input. The default is NULL.
The ScaleIntensity procedure applies the linear transform scale*x + offset, where x is the intensity of a layer of an image, to the pixels of an image.
The img parameter is the input image.
The scale parameter is a realcons that is the scale factor.
The optional offset parameter is a realcons that is the offset. The default is 0.
