Student[LinearAlgebra][EigenPlotTutor] - plot the eigenvectors of a Matrix
Calling Sequence
EigenPlotTutor(M)
Parameters
M
-
(optional) square Matrix
Description
The EigenPlotTutor(M) command graphically displays the eigenvectors of the square Matrix M.
The parameter M is the Matrix from which the eigenvectors will be computed. The Matrix dimensions must be either 2 x 2 or 3 x 3. If M is not provided, a default Matrix is used. In either case, you can edit the entries of the Matrix interactively from within the Maplet application.
When you close the Maplet application, the plot of the eigenvectors appears in your Maple session.
To change the default colors of the plot objects, see the Student[SetColors] help page.
When EigenPlotTutor is running, interaction with the worksheet is not possible.
Examples
with⁡StudentLinearAlgebra:
M≔1,2,0|2,3,2|0,2,1
M≔120232021
