Description

The Heating Diode component uses the standard exponential diode law with temperature-dependency, a term to prevent numeric overflow for a strongly forward-biased diode, and a constant parallel resistance.

An optional heat port provides a thermal connection for the heat generation,

If the exponent vVT reaches the limit maxexp, the diode characteristic is linearly continued to avoid overflow.
