Using the Plot Windows Palette in the Simulation Results Tab
In the Simulation Results tab, the Plot Windows palette lists plot configurations for the current model.
When multiple models are open, you can change the current model by clicking on the name of a model in the Stored Results palette.
All plot configurations with a plot icon ( ) are displayed. All plots with a check mark ( ) are displayed. All variables with a filled diamond ( ) are displayed; all variables with an empty diamond ( ) are hidden.
You can hide a plot configuration, a plot, or a variable in a plot by doing either of the following:
Right-click on the name in the Plot Windows palette and select Toggle Visibility.
Double-click on the name in the Plot Windows palette.
Note that the save, export, and print features described below all apply to the currently visible plots.
The following tools are displayed in the Plot Windows palette.
Control
Description
Duplicate the plot window. Create a new plot window configuration containing the currently visible plots in the selected plot window.
Export current plots. Export the simulation results data for the currently visible plots to a .csv or .xls file.
Print current plots. Print the currently visible plots in the selected plot window.
Hide all plot windows. Hide all plot windows, making the right side of the Simulation Results tab empty.
You can reorder the plots in a plot window by changing the order in which they appear in the Plot Windows palette. For more information, see Modifying the Plot Window Layout.
