Go Back or Forward in Help Page History
A history of the viewed help pages is maintained. You can access the history in one of several ways.
Click the Back and Forward buttons in the Help Toolbar.
In the Help navigator, from the View menu, select Back or Forward.
Note: You can only go forward in the history after you have gone back.
From the History menu, select one of the help topics listed.
You can also see a list of previous help searches in the Help Search History.
