Round Calculation

Specify the number of digits to which to round calculations.

1.

To change the calculation setting, select the Round calculation to check box.

2.

Enter the number of digits to which to round calculations. The default is 10 digits.

3.

Click Apply to Session, Apply Globally, or Cancel.

Note: It is not recommended that you set the Calculation rounding higher than that for the Display Results.

Digit Elision

By default, the following values are set for digit elision threshold, leading digits, and trailing digits: 10000, 100, and 100 respectively. The digit elision threshold determines when elision is invoked. For example, if digit elision is enabled (check box selected), and the threshold is set to 10, elision is invoked when a result with 10 digits is encountered.

Term Elision

By default, the following values are set for term elision threshold, leading terms, and trailing terms: 1000, 100, and 100 respectively. The term elision threshold determines when elision is invoked. For example, if term elision is enabled (check box selected), and the threshold is set to 5, elision is invoked when a result with 5 terms is encountered.

Limit Expression Length

By default, expression lengths are limited to 1000000. Control this value through the Limit expression length option, or disable this limit completely.
