Print Preview
Display the worksheet as it would be printed.
From the File menu, select Print Preview.
View the worksheet using the options buttons at the top of the window.
Print
Send the worksheet to the printer.
Prev. Page
View the previous page.
Page Number
Page through preview.
Next Page
View the next page.
Single Page
View one page at a time.
Dbl. Page
View two pages at a time.
100%
Set the zoom magnification to 100%. (Available range from 10% to 200%.)
Done
Exit Print Preview.
To close the previewer, click Done.
