Setting Material Settings
View the default material and the material database. Add a new material to the material database or change the default material.
To open the Settings dialog, do any of the following:
Click Settings ( ) in the toolbar.
Right-click on an empty area of the CAD Workspace, and select Settings.
The Settings dialog opens with the Display tab active. Click the Materials tab.
The Material Database shown here appears when you are selecting a material in the Properties of a part.
New Material. Add additional materials to the database.
Default Material. If desired, change the default material by selecting from the list.
