Switching between Shaded Mode and Wireframe Mode

Models can be rendered in three modes: shaded with wireframe, wireframe only, and shaded only.

Wireframe mode shows outlines of the parts in your assembly and renders more quickly.

Shaded mode gives a more realistic rendering of the assembly. It shows the surface of the assembly, its color, and lighting effects.

To switch between rendering modes, do any of the following:

•

From the toolbar, select Rendering Mode to switch between the three modes:

–

Shaded + Wires ( )

–

Wireframe ( )

–

Just Shaded ( )

•

Right-click on the CAD Workspace background, select Rendering Mode, and then select the desired mode.

–

Shaded + Wires

–

Wireframe

–

Just Shaded
