Introduction
Chapter 7 defines the triple integral, the integral of a function of three independent variables. As for the double integral, the evaluation of a triple integral is accomplished by iterating three single integrals, but now there are six possible ways to iterate. The two alternative coordinate systems to which a triple Cartesian integral can be changed, are cylindrical coordinates and spherical coordinates.
