Contactable cylinder

	Description
	The Cylinder element models a contactable cylinder. The contactable surface is the side of the cylinder. The radius of the cylinder is used as the uncompressed length, $L_{0}$ , in the contact force computation (for details, see Multibody Contact Modes).
