Display a set of Cartesian coordinate axes to visualize the local coordinate frame

Description

If the check box use input signals is selected, during an animation, the height of the three arrows (aligned with the local coordinate frame) changes to represent the instantaneous magnitude of the 3-vector input signal. When use input signals is unchecked, the size of all of the arrows is defined by a single length parameter L.
