The RectangularToPolar (or Rectangular To Polar) component converts the input, in rectangular coordinates, to polar coordinates.

$y_{\mathrm{abs}}\={\left(u_{\mathrm{im}}^2\+u_{\mathrm{re}}^2\right)}^{\frac{1}{2}}$

$y_{\arg }\=\mathrm{atan2}\left(u_{\mathrm{im}}\,u_{\mathrm{re}}\right)$
