Generate a rising and falling exponential signal

	Description
	The Exponentials component has a real output that is a rising exponential followed by a falling exponential signal.

	Equations
	$y = y_{0} + {\begin{array}{c} 0 & t < T_{0} \\ y_{h} (1 - \exp (- \frac{t - T_{0}}{τ_{r}})) & T_{0} \leq t < T_{0} + T_{r} \\ y_{r} \exp (- \frac{t - T_{0} - T_{r}}{τ_{f}}) & otherwise \end{array}$ $y_{r} = y_{h} (1 - \exp (- \frac{T_{r}}{τ_{r}}))$
