Searching for Local Components
The Find field in the Local Components tab ( ) lets you search for shared subsystems in either your Components palette or your Hierarchy palette.
To search for a local component:
Select the Local Components tab ( ).
Enter a term in the Find field.
The shared subsystems whose names match your search term are shown in the Components and Hierarchy palettes.
Tips:
Click Clear Search ( ) to cancel the search and view all of your shared subsystems.
This only searches for shared subsystems you have defined. To expand your search to MapleSim components and custom library components, use the search bar in the Main toolbar.
