Exporting an Animation Frame to an Image File
You can export an animation frame to a .png file that can be inserted into another document.
To export an animation frame:
In playback mode, use the playback controls to display the animation frame that you want to export.
From the File menu, select Export as Image > 3-D.
Browse to the directory in which you want to export the image.
Enter a name for the file and click Save.
