Create Paragraph Styles
A paragraph style controls all aspects of a paragraph's appearance, such as text alignment, line spacing, and indentation. New styles are listed in the styles drop-down list in the context bar of your worksheet.
Create a Paragraph Style
From the Format menu, select Styles. The Style Management dialog opens.
Click Create Paragraph Style. The Paragraph Style dialog opens.
In the Style group box, enter the new paragraph style name in the blank text field.
From the Units list, select the units used to determine spacing and indentation. Select from inches (in), centimeters (cm), or points (pt).
Select the properties you want to use for this paragraph style, such as Spacing, Indent, Alignment, Bullet or Numbering style, Linebreak, and Page Break Before.
To add a font style, click Font. The Character Style dialog opens. For detailed instructions, see Create Character Styles.
To accept the styles, click OK, or to cancel changes, click Cancel.
