Split an Execution Group

Split an execution group to display each Maple input line in a separate execution group.

1.

Place the cursor at the beginning of the second of the two Maple input lines you want to separate.

2.

From the Edit menu, select Split or Join, and then Split Execution Group.

Note: Separation occurs at the cursor position.

Examples

Consider the following execution group:

Split the execution group by placing the cursor in the second line and selecting Edit > Split or Join > Split Execution Group.

Note that you will now need to execute the input lines again to display their corresponding output.

If desired, you could now insert explanatory text between the execution groups using Insert > Paragraph.
