Password Protecting Workbook Pages
You can restrict user access to specific worksheets within your workbook. Password protected worksheets are encrypted, so while users may still use code embedded in a password protected worksheet, they may not view or edit the contents of the password protected worksheet.

To set a password for a worksheet inside a workbook:
From the Workbook Navigator, context-click on the worksheet you want to set a password for.
Select Lock Document from the context menu.
In the Set/Reset Password window, enter your new password in the New Password field.
Enter your password again in the Confirm Password field.
Click OK. Make sure to record your password in case you forget.
Notes:
Passwords are case sensitive.
There is one password associated with the entire workbook, not a distinct password for each locked document.
To change your existing password:
From the Workbook Navigator, select the worksheet you want to change the password for.
From the Edit menu, select Set/Reset Workbook Password.
In the Set/Reset Password window, enter your old password in the Old Password field.
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
To open a password protected worksheet:
In the Workbook Navigator, double-click the password protected worksheet you want to open.
In the Workbook Password window, enter the password for the worksheet.
Click OK.
