Measure the power between two flanges

	Description
	The Rotational Power Sensor component generates an output signal proportional to the power flow between two attached rotational flanges.

	Equations
	$y = K_{toUnit} τ_{a} {\overset{&period;}{φ}}_{a} φ_{a} = φ_{b}$ $τ_{a} + τ_{b} = 0$
