	The Ramp Voltage source generates a ramp voltage.

	Equations
	$i = i_{p} = - i_{n}$ $v = v_{p} - v_{n} = V_{0} + V_{h} {\begin{array}{c} 0 & t < T_{0} \\ \frac{t - T_{0}}{T_{r}} & T_{0} \leq t < T_{0} + T_{r} \\ 1 & otherwise \end{array}$
