Saving an Attachment to Your Computer
To save an attachment

1. 

Under the Attached Files tab ( ), expand the palette that contains the attachment.

2. 

Right-click (Control-click for Mac®) the name of the file that you want to save.

3. 

Select Save As... .

4. 

In the Save As... dialog box, specify the path and name for the file.

5. 

Click Save.
