Adding a Modeling Component to the Favorites Palette

You can save modeling components that you use most often in the Favorites palette located in the Library Components tab at the left of the model workspace. After adding a component to the Favorites palette, you can drag it into the model workspace to add it to a diagram. Components that you add to the Favorites palette appear in the palette the next time you start MapleSim. They will remain in the palette until you remove them.

To add a modeling component to the Favorites palette

1.

In the Library Components tab, in a palette, right-click (Control-click for Macintosh) a modeling component that you want to add to the Favorites palette.

2.

Select Add to Favorites. The component is added to the Favorites palette.

Note: To remove a modeling component from the Favorites palette, right-click (Control-click for Macintosh) a modeling component that you want to remove, and select Remove.
