This help page explains how to set up the page format to use for printing the active worksheet or help page.  To work in a mode that shows the page boundaries exactly as they appear for printing, see Print Layout Mode.

From the File menu, select Page Setup. The Page Setup dialog opens with default settings.

Select the page size and source.

Select orientation using the appropriate check box.

Enter margin sizes.

Click OK.
