Concorde/QSopt License Agreement
The following statement was received from William Cook and agreed to by all co-authors of the Concorde TSP Solver and the QSopt Linear Programming Solver:
Having received confirmations from all co-authors, I am writing to confirm that in exchange for attribution of my co-authors and me on the "license" help page of the Maple application, we agree to grant Waterloo Maple Inc. a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use and distribute Concorde and its dependency QSopt in its software.
