Main Concept
If two internally tangent circles touch at A, and if BD, EF are parallel diameters in the circles (such that BD points in the same direction as EF), then ADF is a straight line. Alternately, if two externally tangent circles touch at A, and if DB, EF are parallel diameters in the circles (such that DB points in the same direction as EF), then DAF is a straight line.
