Linear current-controlled voltage source

	Description
	The CCV component models a current-controlled voltage source. The current through the left port (1) controls the voltage of the right port (2).

	Equations
	$i_{1} = i_{p1} = - i_{n1}$ $i_{2} = i_{2} = - i_{n2}$ $v_{1} = v_{p1} - v_{n1} = 0$ $v_{2} = v_{p2} - v_{n2} = H i_{1}$
