	The Step Current source generates a step current with zero rise time.

	Equations
	$i = i_{p} = - i_{n} = I_{0} + I_{h} {\begin{array}{c} 0 & t < T_{0} \\ 1 & otherwise \end{array}$ $v = v_{p} - v_{n}$
