N-channel Junction Field-Effect Transistor model (JFET)

	Description
	The J_NJFJFET component models an N-channel junction field-effect transistor, using a Schichman-Hodges model. The model card parameter specifies a J_Card record that contains the common technology parameters for a class of jfets.
