Sum three inputs

	Description
	The Add 3 component computes the element-wise addition of three inputs. The Signal Size parameter assigns the dimension of the input and output connectors.

	$y_{j} = k_{1} {u1}_{j} + k_{2} {u2}_{j} + k_{3} {u3}_{j}$
