Components View
The Components view of the Model Tree displays the components and subsystems in your model in a hierarchical tree view organized by Name.
Select Components from the list below the Find text box to enter Components view. Component and subsystem nodes have entries of the form Name (Component Type), where:
Name is the name of the component or subsystem.
Component Type is the type of component (for example, Resistor or Revolute) or subsystem.
To search for a component or subsystem by name:
From the Palettes Pane, select the Model Tree tab ( ).
Select Components from the views list.
Enter a search term in the Find text box.
The model tree automatically updates to show the components and subsystems that have names that contain your search term. Matches are highlighted in yellow. Also, if a match is nested in a node, the node is automatically expanded.
Note: In Components view, Find searches only the component name. To search for a component type, use the Component Types View.
