Enabling View Change Animations

The Enable View Change Animations feature under the Visualization Settings lets you define the type of view transition for Fit Scene, Fit Selected, and the 3-D View Controls.  When enabled, a smooth transition occurs from one view to another in the 3-D model workspace.
