Insert Comments
Add comments to your worksheets to provide information to readers about the steps you took to solve a problem.
From the Insert menu, select Paragraph.
Select Before Cursor or After Cursor. A new paragraph is inserted and the cursor is moved to the new blank line.
If your cursor is in a table, you can also select that a paragraph be inserted Before Table or After Table.
Enter the paragraph.
