Insert an Execution Group
An execution group consists of Maple input with its corresponding Maple output. It is characterized by a large square bracket, called a group range, at the left.
When you insert an execution group, Maple also inserts a command prompt:
Maple commands entered at this prompt can be executed.
Insert an Execution Group Automatically
From the Insert menu, select Execution Group.
Select Before Cursor or After Cursor.
If your cursor is in a table, you can also select that a execution group be inserted Before Table or After Table.
You can control whether the default input mode is 2-D math notation or Maple notation. Set the default Input Display in the Display tab of the Option Dialog. See Options>Display.
From the Tools menu, select Options.
Click the Display tab.
Select the Always insert new execution group after executing check box.
Click Apply to Session or Apply Globally as necessary.
