This document governs the use of Maple Learn. By using Maple Learn, you agree to the following terms:
Be nice. Don’t copy, modify, or steal our technology, try to hack into our services, circumvent restrictions, sabotage the files of other users, or generally use Maple Learn in any way that would hurt us or others. So like we said, be nice!
We work hard to create a good product, but legally speaking, Maple Learn is provided “as-is”. We are not responsible for any trouble you get into using Maple Learn, and we are not liable for any damages (monetary, legal, homework-related, or otherwise) resulting from your use of this product.
Some features of Maple Learn, including saving documents and accessing Premium features, require a Maplesoft Account. This account gives you access to a variety of Maplesoft sites and services, and comes with its own Terms of Use, which you must agree to in order to create the account. If you do not have an active Maplesoft Account, you will not be able to access some of the functionality in Maple Learn.
Because there is an age restriction on obtaining a Maplesoft Account, children under the age of thirteen will not be able to access some of the functionality of Maple Learn.
Maple Learn makes use of a private group in MapleCloud to store your Maple Learn documents and temporary save files. MapleCloud is a general service that can be used for both public and private sharing of Maple and Maple Learn documents. By using MapleCloud, you agree to the MapleCloud Terms of Service.
The Maple Learn web site uses cookies to facilitate account access, customize your experience, and analyze usage patterns so we can make Maple Learn better. Without cookies, things break in a distressing fashion, so while you certainly have the right to refuse cookies, please understand that “no cookies” = “no Maple Learn”.
We take privacy seriously, and treat any data we collect from your use of Maple Learn with great care. For more details, here’s our Privacy Policy.
If anyone violates these terms of use, we reserve the right to disable their access to Maple Learn, including access to their Maplesoft Account and their MapleCloud files.
We reserve the right to update these terms of use from time to time, without notice. We won’t be jerks about it, though.
