The MapleCloud Document Repository is a place to share documents with other Maple users. With the MapleCloud, you can create, receive, and distribute technical documents all within the Maple environment. Thousands of documents have been exchanged by our user community since its launch. Maple 15 now enables full text search within the content of documents in the cloud repository, making it even easier to find documents of interest quickly.
- Maple makes it easy to instantly share documents with other Maple users. The MapleCloud gives you the option to share your documents
with the Maple community at large or to create private groups with specific Maple users.
- You can control the visibility of the group, group membership, and also the visibility of shared documents. For instance, an instructor can create a
private group for students in a particular course, setting the permissions so that the instructor's submissions can be seen by the entire class, but
student submissions can be seen only by the instructor.
- Shared documents are available instantly when you start Maple. Share an entire document or just a selection from a document with a click of a button.
- The search facility in the MapleCloud performs a full-text search on all the documents available to you, making it easy to find items of interest.
- Each Maple user has access to private space on the MapleCloud server. Use this space to store Maple documents in a central location, so that they
are immediately accessible to you from any computer with Maple 15.
- Anyone can join, create, and manage groups within the Maple environment.
- The MapleCloud is used by thousands of people around the world. Document descriptions can be translated on demand using Google™ Translate.
- Maple Worksheet Security settings for MapleCloud content can be adjusted separately.
- Documents are automatically compressed for fast uploading and downloading.
