Wind Turbine Vibrations – Multibody, Multi-Domain Physical Model in MapleSim – Maplesoft

Wind Turbine Vibrations

This is a lumped parameter model of a wind turbine that can be used to study the vibrations that result due to unbalanced rotors. The percentage difference p between the mass moment of inertia of the blade that causes the imbalance and the mass moments of inertia of the other two standard blades is one of the parameters that can be varied.
