Control of a Compliant Belt Drive System

This model shows how to incorporate compliance into a positional belt-drive system by including a spring-damper component in the drive line. See the subsystem "Drive System" for more details.The model also shows how you can use multibody components to create a visualization of models that are not multi-body mechanisms. The subsystem, "Belt Drive Visualization" is not an intrinsic part of the system model but uses multibody components and attached shapes to create an animation, driven by the response of the model.
