This is a model of a cam contact with a frictionless point follower. The calculation of contact force and moment is done within a Modelica custom component (Project > Definitions > Components). The model assumes that the follower is aligned with the x-axis and the cam axis of rotation is z.

To create an *.stl file of a cam, use the attached Maple worksheet (Project > Attachments > Documents).
