Aircraft Landing Gear - Drop Test

This is a simplified model of a commercial aircraft landing gear. It consists of a multibody model of the landing gear mechanism, including a four-wheel bogie and linear tire models. The mechanism is actuated using a hydraulic circuit, with the gear "locked" into deployed or retracted positions using mechanical latches. The model is not based on any specific aircraft: it is intended to be used for demonstrating the principles of modeling such a system and can be used as a starting point for more specific designs.

This version of the model runs through a "deploy and drop" test to study the forces in the tire and the joints upon impact.
